Pier One Restaurant is situated within Port Saint Charles , great seafood and a separate Vegan menu. We suggest day time dining; they serve an enviable list of cocktails. Remember to take your swimwear, as it’s a great place to sunbathe and have a swim in the sea . It is good place to go, even on a rainy day, as you can sit outside, under cover, and watch the world go by

Foursquare Rum Distillery is located in the parish of Saint Philip,  on the site of a former sugar plantation, dating back to 1720. Take a guided tour and enjoy a rum tasting session at the end. A great educational tour and a chance to sample some of the islands best rums. They have a shop, offering you the opportunity to purchase some of their popular and award winning rums. We highly recommend this day out. 

Hunte’s Gardens, in the middle of the island in the parish of St Joseph, is a beautiful tranquil gardens, full of amazing plants, and seating areas for you to relax, watch the humming birds and green monkeys and enjoy the sights and scents. Classical music adds to the relaxing vibe. The owner, Anthony Hunte is a charming and welcoming host. You can also buy mementoes of your visit

St Nicholas' Abbey close by in the parish of St Peter is definitely worth a visit,  offering a change of scenery from the fabulous beaches. Ride on the steam train, tour the house, have lunch on the terrace and finish by tasting some of their home produced rums.

Little Bristol Beach Bar is situated in Speightstown, St Peter. Definitely worth a trip in the evening when they have live music. The bar has a really cool vibe, great music, great atmosphere, friendly staff and fast food and drink at reasonable prices. Animal Flower Cave at North Point is rugged and beautiful at the same time. An opportunity to go down into the cave to swim and see some of the sea flowers. This cave was used by Billy Ocean for the location of his Caribbean Queen hit song and video. Take a walk along the headland and photograph the dramatic coastline and feel the spray on your face. The restaurant has a great menu and offers the chance to see turtles whilst you dine. Between January and March the sea off Animal Flower Cave is frequented by humpback whales.
